Director of Quality Blood. With more than 30 years of experience in immunohematology, she has worked in important blood banks in Brazil and as a scientific manager for more than 15 years. She teaches courses, diplomas and is a guest speaker at conferences and symposia throughout Latin America. She is a member of ISBT, AABB, GCIAMT and AMMTAC.

Technical Advisor
Bacteriologist and Clinical Laboratory Technician from the Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca University, with diplomas in Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine, Immunohematology and Analytical Quality; with more than 15 years of experience in the management of different areas of the Blood Bank and clinical laboratory.

Immunoserology research consultant
Master in Cellular Therapy and Transfusion Medicine. With 8 years of experience as a leader of compliance with AABB accreditation requirements in the Red Cross blood bank, Valle del Cauca Section, Colombia. Responsible for the structuring and development of theoretical and practical content on quality control and quality management for academic training in the Diploma of Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine.
